Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes Skillet Recipe
When you need to quickly prepare a delicious dinner, we have prepared a delicious garlic steak for you!Add seasoned potatoes to the pan and serve after 20 minutes.
- ingredients :
+To prepare the potatoes:
° Three tablespoons of olive oil
° 1 medium-weight Yukon Gold or red potato, cut into 3/4-inch wedges
° 1/2 teaspoon cooked meat with kosher salt
To slice the hamburger and garlic:
° 2 (1 inch thick) rib eye ribs or New York (about 12 ounces each), or 1/2 pound side steak,
cut into two
° 1 teaspoon cooked meat with kosher salt
° 4 tablespoons (half a stick) of unsalted fat
° 3 unopened garlic blossoms, chopped
° 2 tsp chop parsley leaves
° 1 tsp as not drained passed a terrible electric flush, plus extra as per condition

The first step
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Carefully add the potatoes, and cut them aside to the hot oil
The second step
Sprinkle with salt and let it simmer for 10 minutes
Flip the potatoes over on the other cut side and repeat cooking for 10 minutes
Put the potatoes on the side
Wipe the pan with a paper towel
The fourth step
Season each steak portion with salt and pepper after drying with paper towels.
Place the steaks in the hot skillet and cook until the side doesn’t stick, about a minute
Flip the steaks and repeat for four minutes
Carefully add butter to the skillet and flip the steaks over again.
Stir the pan to collect the melted butter, add the fresh minced garlic
Spoon the melted butter over the steaks, flip and repeat the roasting
Place the steaks on a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes
Meanwhile, add the parsley and lemon juice to the skillet
Let this cool for a minute and taste, add more salt or lemon juice if needed
Put the potatoes on a serving plate
Cutting steak into 2 cm thick tranches
Place on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley
Serve and enjoy !
