Taco Pizza

🌮🍕 Get ready for a flavor-packed delight with Emy’s Easy Taco Pizza! This simple yet delicious recipe combines the best of tacos and pizza for a mouthwatering treat. Let’s whip up some culinary magic! 🍕🌮

🍽️ Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 packages (8 ounces each) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
4 chopped green onions
👩‍🍳 Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

2️⃣ In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain any excess fat. Follow the instructions on the taco seasoning packet and add it to the cooked beef.

3️⃣ Unwrap the crescent rolls and place them on an 11-inch by 16-inch jelly pan or baking sheet, forming rectangles.

4️⃣ Press the dough from the bottom and about an inch up the sides to create the crust.

5️⃣ Bake the crust for 11 to 13 minutes or until it’s golden brown.

6️⃣ Microwave the refried beans for about a minute to make them easier to spread, then spread them over the baked crust.

7️⃣ Add the cooked beef mixture on top of the beans.

8️⃣ Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican cheese blend) evenly over the beef.

9️⃣ Top the pizza with chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions.
